DAY OF DETAILS
- Camp is located at TBD.
- Camp runs from 9-3pm (full day) and 9-12pm (half day). We understand that traffic in Chicago is unpredictable and that sometimes conference calls run longer than expected, but please be prompt with pick up. We do offer at 15 minute grace period. After 3:15 or 12:15 you will be charged a late fee of $20 that must be paid by cash, venmo or check.
- If your child is signed up for After Care (3pm-5pm), please be prompt with pick up at 5:00pm. Our counselors need to clean up and prep the space before the building closes. We will charge a late fee of $20 (cash, venmo or check). We can accept last minute drop-ins for after care, IF we already have children enrolled.
- Please pack a NUT FREE lunch, snack and a re-useable water bottle for your child. If your child is in after-care, please pack an additional snack for them. We do not keep extra food on hand for campers, but do have filtered water for them.
- Please remember to pack and apply sunscreen for/on your child. We will do our best to help kids re-apply during the day.
- Please dress your child appropriately for the weather. We will go outside unless it's extremely hot or thundering/lightening.
